What is your linen made from?

Every ZOQ Linen piece is cut from 100% European flax, stonewashed by hand for immediate softness and finished without harsh chemicals. Our fabrics are OEKO-TEX® certified.

Will my linen soften over time?

Yes. Linen is a living fabric, it gets softer and more supple with every wash. Most customers notice a real difference by the third or fourth wash.

How do I care for my linen?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors, and tumble dry low or line dry. Avoid bleach and high heat, which can weaken the fibers over time.

Where do you ship from?

ZOQ Linen is designed and handcrafted in Pakistan, with regional warehouses in Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom for faster delivery and easier returns.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 5 to 9 business days, depending on your region. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-night trial on all bedding and curtains. If it is not right for your home, contact us within 30 nights of delivery for a straightforward return or exchange.
